His squad led the league in runs scored with 134. The Bad: Jay's team led the league in runs scored last year, but was second in the league for runs allowed. His team allowed an unheard of 180 runs in 10 games. Averaging 18 allowed per game is not going to win you many games. His pitching rotation was never organized, and the team often wondered who would even pitch the next game. '08 Outlook: The teams future status really is up in the air. There could be serious changes coming to this team. The team needs to address their serious need for pitching if they have any hopes of winning it all next year. Losing his touch? Captain Jay Rozell won the Cy Young in 2006 because of his 4-1 record and 9.86 ERA. In 2007, Jay had a horrible season on the mound, going 1-1 with a 45.39 ERA, Signigns Jay Rozell just came to terms with lefty lead off hitter Corey Zeh and resigned Omar Husain.
