They signed a veteran southpaw in Eric Verhayden, in hopes to shore up their rotation. They also added some new faces to their roster. All these moves are looking good for the Blue Jays. The Bad: Even with the resigning of Conover and the signing of Verhayden, the Blue Jays pitching rotation still has question marks. They're staff is much better off then last year, but can they build off last years experience and put it all together in 2009? That remains to be seen. '09 Outlook: Do not sleep on these guys. If you take the Blue Jays for granted, they have the talent now to upset one of the better teams. Look for the Blue Jays to drastically improve over last seasons 1-11 record.
